Tadi berYM dengan seorang sahabat. Dia mengadu yang live mail beliau hilang segala-gala disebabkan satu junk mail yang dibuka kemudian di delete. Dan kemudiannya juga ade dikatakan terdapat aduan dari pengguna lain yang inbox hilang, unread mesej hilang dan ade beberapa lagi. Harapnya masalah ini adalah disebabkan maintanence dari pihak live mail. Maka boleh di recover isi isi penting mail itu, namun... Saya pun tak tahu nak jelaskan macam mana. Ada juga yang katakan ia adalah mungkin disebabkan Windows7. Saya tak tahu, tapi sebagai langkah berjaga-jaga.

I have checked the account and found that your messages were deleted deliberately. If it was not you who deleted these messages, I strongly suggest that you change your password, secret question and answer, and make sure that your alternate e-mail address is updated.
I tried to restore them but, sadly, no messages came up.

Anthony, I have the same situation but only emails dated later than 1st October (newer mail), all others are still there, except unread mail. If these were deleted maliciously then why not delete all mail and why only older unread mail. With many other experiencing the same problem it would suggest an automated issue rather than random manual. Is it a coincidence that this has occurred on the launch of W7?
